Local musicians put their names in a hat, the names are drawn, and bands are created on the spot. Those bands write songs for two weeks, performing them on Sunday, Aug. 20, 5pm-midnight. Zinesters will interview newly formed bands on Aug. 6 for a zine to be released on Aug. 20.
